November Boxycharm Unboxing!
Hey everyone! Happy Veterans Day! Just a quick thank you to everyone who sacrifices their lives to protect us!
Today, I got this months Boxycharm in the mail and I'm so excited to share it with you guys! This months box is probably one of my favorites I received so far. I'm going to share each item, the price, and a quick tutorial I did with the products! If you would like to subscribe to the box follow this link! https://boxycharm.com/refer/Audre-PVLJSVLJ
Items I received:
Luxie Beauty Quad Eye Travel Set: $32
Cover FX Illuminating Setting Spray: $31
Winkylux Kitten Palette: $25
Laqa & Co. Cloud Lips: $17
KNC Beauty Collagen Lip Masks (3): $11
That makes the total of this months box $116. That is more than triple what I pay, which is only $21 a month. Seriously this is the best subscription box I could suggest to you! Everything is always full size products too!
Tutorial:
First, I used the KNC Beauty Lip Mask. This made my lips tingle and after about 15 minutes my lips were noticeably fuller and softer. Next, I used the kitten palette and the Luxie brushes to create a dramatic eye look. First, I took the fluffier crease brush and took the top right shade and blended that in my crease. Next, I took the same brush and blended the middle blue/grey color all over my crease. Last for the crease, I took the angled transition brush and blended the bottom right brown color in the outer corner and "smoked" it out. For the lid, I first took the gold color on the middle row with my finger and pressed it into my lid. Then, I took the more dense brush and put the middle row far left iridescent color over the gold color. I used the stipple/liner brush to put the brown color as eyeliner and then mirrored the colors I used for the eyeshadow look on my bottom lash line. '
Then, I put on my Cloud Lips and I honestly think this is my favorite thing in this months box! I was kind of bummed when I first saw the color in the stick because brown lipstick does NOT look good on me. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I swatched it and it was a beautiful, deep red. The product glides on smoothly and I don't need a lip liner even for this intense color! Last, but not least, I sprayed my entire face with the illuminating spray. I will have to keep using this to see how I like it because I do have oily skin and I tend to like a more matte look.
Overall, this box was so good! I was able to create and entire look with eyeshadow palette and use all of the super cute brushes! I definitely recommend trying out Boxycharm! It has helped me grow my makeup collection immensely. Let me know if you would like to see a video tutorial on this look!
